You will translate briefs into clear visual narratives, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and events to elevate busy, high‑value campaigns.

With 10+ years in design, you will drive efficient processes, mentor teams, and deliver compelling presentations that resonate with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years design experience in sports, entertainment, or related environments.
• Agency or in‑house experience with business acumen and pace.
• Advanced presentation design skills and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Experience establishing design processes and standards.
• Confident in senior client‑facing stakeholder environments.
• Strong English communication skills and teamwork.
• Results‑driven, collaborative, detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced setting.
• Less experienced candidates may be considered at manager level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the partnership design function by creating high‑quality, visually distinctive sales materials.
• Develop sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and commercial packages tailored to partner objectives.
• Translate briefs, data, and ideas into clear visual narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure external materials reflect HKJC brand standards and standout pitch environments.
• Research sponsor brands and apply accurate brand guidelines across presentations.
• Manage image libraries, version control, and asset filing.
• Collaborate with commercial sales, marketing, and event teams to boost pitch effectiveness.
• Balance quality, turnaround time, and workload, meeting deadlines consistently.
