Auberge Hospitality invites applications for a Kitchen Supervisor role at the Discovery Bay club restaurant. The incumbent will supervise Chinese and Western kitchen operations for club events and functions, ensuring high-quality food production and strict kitchen hygiene.

Qualifications include Form 5 or Diploma in Hospitality and at least 5 years kitchen experience with fluency in English and Chinese. Work location is Discovery Bay, with transport support provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Chinese or Western kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef to supervise the preparation and production in Chinese or Western cuisine for club restaurant, events and other functions;
• Ensure consistent high quality and standard in food production, clean and maintain kitchen hygiene;
• Prepares daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production;
• Checks and controls the proper storage of product, checking on portion control and maintain quality production;
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.
