Job summary

Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to assist the Sales Team and pursue new opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. The role involves preparing presentations and maintaining records of sales accounts, with coordination for promotional offers.

The ideal candidate holds a Hospitality-related diploma, has strong English and Cantonese skills, and may have Opera system experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a related field.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus.
• Familiar with Opera system is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Fresh graduates with potential will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office administration duties and support to Sales Team.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Prepare appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Maintain an organized and systematic record of all Sales accounts.
• Coordinate with internal parties to launch promotional offers and sales activities.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
