Job summary

Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong is seeking a Front Desk professional to deliver guest-friendly reception and VIP services. You will guide and participate in front desk activities, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and responsive guest support.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or above in Hotel or Tourism Management, with 4 years’ front desk experience, and are fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Office is required and a courteous, proactive approach is essential.

• Diploma or above in Hotel or Tourism Management.
• 4 years’ experience in hotel Front Desk would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• To be accountable for efficient provision of Front Desk by guiding, directing, supervising and participating in the Reception activities.
• To develop customer relations by providing effective Front Desk service such as VIPs, special attention customer and regular customers’ requests are being fulfilled.
• Share recommendations and customer comments to Front Office Manager.
