Job summary

Auberge Hospitality in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong, seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and deliver outstanding member service at the club’s dining venue.

You will lead a service-focused team, maintain hygiene standards, and manage beverages and cashier duties, while building strong relationships with guests. The role requires 3–4 years F&B experience, supervisory exposure, and bilingual English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above; hospitality management background is an advantage.
• 3–4 years of food & beverage experience, with at least 1 year in supervisory role.
• WSET Level 1 or above certificate is preferred.
• Strong leadership and service-orientation with a can-do attitude.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Availability for Sunday and public holiday shifts.

The incumbent is responsible for supervising the restaurant operations which to deliver excellent customer services to club members, and enhancing overall satisfaction. He/she is also building a good relationship with club members and guests.

Responsibilities

• To maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant
• Prepare high standard beverage and serves the members including the cashier; and
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above, graduated in Hospitality Management will be an advantage;
• 3 - 4 years Food and Beverage working experience, with at least 1 year in supervisory level;
• Knowledge of wine and spirit, with WSET Level One or above certificate is preferred;
• Enthusiastic, leadership skill with excellent service-oriented personality;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Shift work on Sundays and public holidays is required.

Work Location: Discovery Bay
