Our client is one of the leading players in the global telecom market.They are looking for ahigh-caliber candidate to fill the position as Solutions Consultant, this role has to be at the forefront of understanding customer needs and translating them into robust, effective ICT solutions, candidates with AI experience would be value added.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Actively engage with clients through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to thoroughly understand their unique business and technical requirements.

Solution Design & Development: Architect comprehensive ICT solutions that align with customer needs and leverage internal product and operational capabilities. This includes designing migration plans and ensuring seamless execution for shifting workloads to public or private platforms.

Proof of Concept (POC) & Customization: Design, configure, and provide support for Proof of Concept platforms, demonstrating the viability and value of proposed solutions. Source and integrate external solutions to provide tailored post-sales support for customized client needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure cohesive solution design and smooth implementation, fostering a collaborative environment.

Financial Justification & Pricing: Develop detailed financial justifications and prepare accurate price and cost calculations for customized solutions, ensuring commercial viability.

Project Management & Ad-hoc Tasks: Manage various ad-hoc projects, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to new challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of pre-sales support experience with a strong focus on networking, ICT integration, and cloud solutions.

Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Solutions Consultant position

Solid knowledge of SDWAN, networking & security CPE, Internet, Cloud, AI, or IDC technologies.

Professional certifications (e.g., Cisco, H3C, Fortinet, VMWare, Microsoft) are a significant advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

Self-motivated with a keen interest in exploring and adopting new technologies and solutions.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.
