Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Solution Consultant/ Architect for Advanced Security Solutions to drive business growth by identifying customer needs and designing tailored cyber security solutions. You will lead technical discussions, deliver compelling presentations to CXO and technical peers, and guide PoC efforts to demonstrate value.

The role requires coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless handover from pre-sales to delivery, with strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 3–5 years IT experience in system and network infrastructure consultation.
• Solid experience in Cyber Security solutions design, briefing, deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Generate and explore business opportunities in customer meetings/workshops to gather pain points and requirements.
• Design CyberSecurity solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
• Present technology and solution positioning to CXO and technical audiences.
• Develop High-Level Design to Low-Level Design materials for security solutions.
• Lead PoC/testing to demonstrate solution validity and value.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth pre-sales to delivery transition.

As the key member of the regional team, the successful candidate will have to drive the business growth including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Job Description:

• Develop and explore business opportunities in customer meetings/workshop/presentations to collect customer pain points and technical requirements
• Design CyberSecurity solutions that cater for, or exceed customer requirement
• Conduct technology presentation to customers of positions ranging from CXO to various technical teams
• Handle CyberSecurity Solution ranging from High-Level Design (HLD) to Low-Level Design (LLD) in materials
• Conduct Proof-of-concept/testing to demonstrate the validity of the proposed solution
• Lead various technical teams to prepare and consolidate technical proposals to customers
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, to fulfill customer requirements, solution design considerations and details, so as to facilitate a smooth transition from Pre-Sale to Solution Delivery

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience in system and network infrastructure consultation.
• Solid experience in Solution briefing, deploying, and support in the Cyber Security domain will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
