Job summary

UCloud in Hong Kong seeks a senior Pre-sales Architect to drive overseas product solutions, win KA accounts, and lead technical engagements for major projects.

The role requires shaping overseas sales strategies, collaborating with sales, product, and R&D, and building an international channel ecosystem while coordinating with headquarters for localization and competitive bidding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, Network Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of pre-sales architecture experience in IT/cloud computing.
• Overseas pre-sales experience preferred.
• Capable of full process design, technical exchanges, and bidding/tendering.
• Experience with KA client acquisition and overseas market demands.

Job description

• Develop and optimize product solutions based on overseas market demands, spearhead efforts to win over KA (Key Account) clients, undertake pre-sales technical support for major projects, and drive project signing and implementation.
• Formulate overseas product sales strategies, collaborate with the sales team to execute them, and enhance the market competitiveness and deal-closing rate of solutions.
• Build an overseas channel ecosystem and partnership framework, provide technical enablement to channel partners, and expand market coverage.
• Coordinate with headquarters product and R&D teams, synchronize overseas market demands and industry trends, and drive localized iteration and optimization of products and solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, Network Engineering, or related fields; 5 years or more of pre-sales architecture experience in the IT/cloud computing industry; overseas pre-sales experience is preferred.
• Proficient in cloud computing technologies and cloud solution architecture; capable of independently completing the full process of large-scale project solution design, technical exchanges, and bidding/tendering.
• Demonstrated successful cases in KA client acquisition and pre-sales support for major projects; familiar with overseas market business rules and the characteristics of industry client demands.
• Possess project management capabilities; those with channel partnership resources are preferred; capable of formulating highly actionable sales strategies.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to use them as working languages for business and technical communication; strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, high stress tolerance, and adaptable to overseas travel schedules.
