Job summary

Vincere is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to define and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint in Hong Kong. You will design scalable, high-availability solutions across CRM, BPM/ERP, and data warehousing, bridging business strategy with technical execution.

Responsibilities include evaluating technologies, leading data and system integrations, and ensuring security and disaster recovery. Opportunity to enable AI initiatives and drive future-proof platform strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Solutions Architect role.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical, high-transaction systems in regulated markets.
• Experience architecting customer-facing and business platform solutions.
• Strong data warehousing, modeling and integration pattern expertise.
• Cloud proficiency across Azure, AWS or GCP with containers and CI/CD.

• Design and oversee EDW and data lake architecture for high-performance analytics.
• Lead complex data and system integration with internal and external partners.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews plus risk assessments for non-functional requirements.
• Review design to enable AI initiatives supporting business strategies.

Job Descriptions:

• Define and maintain the overall solution architecture blueprint for the enterprise, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, high-availability solutions across CRM, enterprise business workflow systems (BPM/ERP), customer engagement platforms and data warehousing integration
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our solutions are resilient, scalable, and secure to customers across Hong Kong
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and vendors, ensuring solutions are cost-effective, future-proof, and compliant with local regulatory standards
• Design and oversee the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and data lake architecture, ensuring high-performance analytics and reporting capabilities
• Lead complex data and system integration initiatives, connecting internal systems with external partners
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical risk assessments to ensure solutions adhere to both functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, disaster recovery)
• Review and formulate architectural design to enable AI and advanced technologies initiatives to be implemented and support business strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a Solutions Architect role
• Proven track record of delivering mission-critical, high-transaction-volume systems in Hong Kong or similarly regulated markets.
• Experience architecting business platform solutions and customer-facing solutions
• Data & Integration: Strong expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, and integration patterns (ESB, API Gateway, Microservices)
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Certified expertise in major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with experience in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD pipeline
• Database: Proficiency in both relational (Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
