Job summary

Gfi World in Hong Kong seeks a results-driven leader to head cloud-based product development and shape the sales strategy using market insights, competitiveness, and business trends.

You will own the product lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, build sustainable sales pipelines, manage strategic partners, and align technical materials with proposals and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in business development, solution engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead product development, training and sales communications.
• Self-motivated and market-trend aware; able to work under tight timelines.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of cloud-based products and define the sales strategy through market insights.
• Manage product life-cycle including development and maintenance of roadmaps.
• Oversee processes with data analysis, troubleshooting, and cross-functional teamwork to achieve company goals.
• Build and maintain pipelines with sales programs and enablement activities.
• Drive channel partners to maintain revenue.
• Manage special projects to acquire strategic customers.
• Align internal materials with business/technical presentations, proposals, demos and tender bids.

Job description

• Responsible for the product life-cycle including development and maintenance ofroad-maps
• Oversee all aspects of the processes; improve them with insightful data analysis,troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork to achieve companygoals
• Build and maintain sustainable pipelines with effective sales programs and salesenablement activities
• Drive key channel partners to maintain constant business revenue
• Manage special projects to acquire strategic customers
• Work with internal parties for the alignment on business / technical materialsincluding sales presentations, proposals, demonstrations and tender bids

Job Requirements: -
