Job summary

OAC Group Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow and manage SME client relationships in Hong Kong. You will promote bank financial products, analyze client needs, and tailor solutions while ensuring risk controls are followed.

The role requires at least 2 years of RM experience in commercial banking or SME sectors, with fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus. You will engage in business development and cross-sell across trade finance, bills and loans.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in relationship manager in Commercial Banking or SME business.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.
• Professional knowledge of a wide range of banking products.
• Strong analytical and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients.
• Explore new opportunities and actively participate in marketing and selling bank's financial services (trade finance, bills, loans).
• Evaluate and analyze clients' condition and provide customization suggestions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
