DBS Bank Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager to manage an SME lending and cash management portfolio from Mira Place Tower A. You will deepen wallets, cross-sell a full range of SME banking solutions, and defend the portfolio against attrition while aligning with senior management strategy.

The role requires solid credit assessment, strong communication in English and Putonghua, and proven negotiation and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics preferred.
• Strong credit evaluation and communication abilities in English and Putonghua.
• Proven interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage existing SME customers’ portfolio and deepen wallet share with suitable banking solutions.
• Defend portfolio performance and reactivate sleeping customers to meet KPI targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell a full range of SME banking products according to client needs.
• Timely submission of credit reviews, CDD/KYC documentation and reports.
• Maintain loan/deposit quality and ensure compliance with AML/SFO regulatory standards.
