Job summary

A premier banking institution is seeking a Relationship Manager in Hong Kong. You will focus on acquiring new liabilities accounts and managing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics, excellent communication skills in English and Putonghua, and must be a registered RI with the relevant HKSI Licensing Examination passes. This role involves monitoring account performance and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Preferably degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
• Good credit evaluation skill and good teamwork spirit.
• Good communication in both spoken and written English and Putonghua.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must be registered RI with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new liabilities accounts and capture CASA.
• Monitor account performance and control overdue situations.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries.
• Liaise with other departments to solve customer problems.
• Obtain up-to-date market information to help develop new products.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
• Perform regulated activities as specified by authorities.
