Job summary

Clot Co. Limited is seeking an E-commerce Operation Executive to bridge our digital storefront with physical inventory. You will ensure product data accuracy, efficient order fulfilment, and stock integrity across the Shopify platform and warehouse teams.

The role requires detail-oriented multitasking, comfort with stock counts, and collaboration with buying, marketing, and web teams to optimize online performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in E-commerce, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end product upload with accurate descriptions, imagery, and tagging on the Shopify platform.
• Monitor and process daily online orders, ensuring a seamless flow from the buy button to the warehouse floor.
• Update digital stock levels in real-time to prevent overselling and maintain a premium customer experience.
• Plan website updates and coordinate with parties to deliver accurate web content, including promotions and stock levels.
• Collaborate with buying and marketing to support seasonal cycles and digital campaigns.
