Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an E-commerce Operations Executive to support and drive online growth across US and European markets, managing day-to-day operations on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and other channels.

The role requires 2+ years in e-commerce, Shopify experience, strong inventory/order fulfilment know-how, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Collaborate with marketing and logistics to optimize listings, campaigns, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or online retail.
• Experience operating Shopify stores and online merchandising activities.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of international e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and other online sales channels.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and promotional campaigns to ensure optimal marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment, logistics, and customer service operations.
• Analyse sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and marketplace KPIs, providing actionable recommendations for growth.
• Optimise product content, listings, keywords, and merchandising to improve search visibility and sales performance.
• Support marketplace expansion initiatives across the US and European markets.
• Handle customer reviews, account health monitoring, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with marketing teams to execute online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
• Generate regular sales and operational reports for management review.
• Stay updated on marketplace policies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
