Job summary

APM Monaco Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to support day-to-day online operations before and after add-to-cart, with a focus on a smooth shopping experience.

You will create and manage product listings across 7 websites and 1 app in 15+ languages, synchronize data with PIM and Shopify, and help QA ensure accuracy and compliance.

This role suits proactive, detail-oriented multitaskers with 1–2 years in e-commerce operations and familiarity with Shopify Plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or website coordination.
• Experience with Shopify Plus is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings and landing pages across 7 websites and 1 app in 15+ languages.
• Maintain accurate product data synchronization between PIM and Shopify.
• Coordinate QA to verify AI output for accuracy, grammar, compliance.
• Assist in optimizing website and App product discovery journey including navigation, filters, on-site search, product recommendations, cross-selling.
• Maintain the eCommerce website & App content translated and up-to-date.
• Assist in implementing seasonal campaigns and localization.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform E-commerce decisions.
• Analyze heatmap and screen recordings to provide A/B test recommendations and address issues.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify opportunities for enhancing the shopping experience.
• Support the team in analyzing sales data and performance metrics.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
