Job summary

Auraecell Limited seeks a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day Shopify storefront, manage orders from checkout to delivery, and ensure accurate financial records.

You will coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, and couriers, conduct stock audits, maintain POs, and support bookkeeping in QuickBooks. This role requires strong organization, independence, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a Shopify store in an operations role.
• Hands-on experience with order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and 3PL coordination.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software; basic bookkeeping.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Shopify storefront day-to-day management and product listings.
• Process and manage orders from checkout through delivery; resolve issues.
• Coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, and couriers for timely shipments.
• Maintain stock records, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
• Record transactions in QuickBooks and assist with basic bookkeeping.
• Prepare and support payments, payable/receivable tracking, and reporting.
