Qualifikationen

• 1–3+ years in e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL logistics.
• Based in Hong Kong with willingness to travel regularly.
• Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin with professional English.
• Comfortable learning cloud-based apps and data tracking.

Aufgaben

• Conduct regular on-site visits to partner 3PL warehouses to monitor daily piece-pick operations and audit inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and courier partners to resolve packing errors and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate daily pickups with express couriers and ensure timely dispatch.
• Establish, track, and enforce KPIs and SLAs for 3PL partners.
• Oversee daily order processing, verify customs paperwork, and maintain data integrity across internal systems.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to test and implement software enhancements.
• Analyze 3PL performance data to propose improvements.
