Job summary

CITIC CLSA in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned FundOps/TechOps professional to lead changes across the software delivery lifecycle for middle/back-office operations. You will collaborate with business users and multiple teams to ensure smooth production rollout and issue resolution.

The role demands strong programming, scripting and DevOps skills, plus experience with equities back-office platforms. Rotation-based production support and automation initiatives are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of support experience in investment banking or financial domain.
• Proficient in Java, Python, Shell or PowerShell.
• Strong SQL, Linux, Bash/Ksh scripting.
• Familiar with DevOps stacks: Git, Bamboo, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong problem solving and communication in English; Chinese a plus.
• Experience with equities middle/back office applications.
• Experience in production support and incident/change management.

Responsibilities

• End to end delivery of software changes from inception to production rollout.
• Rotation for production support tasks including incident management.
• Monitor production environment and act on incidents.
• Handle Service Request Fulfillment, Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Manage weekend events like software releases and BCP testing.
• Provide health checks, capacity and performance reporting.
• Document knowledgebase and processes.
• Suggest and implement automation ideas.
• Drive TechOps driven projects to boost efficiency.
