Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong seeks an IT Operations professional to provide functional support on Calypso, TBricks, Imagine, and other in-house systems. You will perform health checks, monitor critical systems, escalate incidents, and manage changes with the development and infrastructure teams.

You will configure monitoring rules, document procedures, assist in IT security and audit reviews, and lead deployments for new systems.

Qualifications

• Experience providing functional support on trading/derivatives platforms (Calypso, TBricks, Imagine).
• Familiarity with equity derivative products and HKEX trading rules is advantageous.
• Hands-on with Python or VBA scripting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support on Calypso, TBricks, Imagine, and in-house systems to users.
• Perform health checks and monitor critical systems.
• Escalate and manage incidents.
• Process change requests from development and infrastructure teams.
• Configure system monitoring rules and respond to alerts.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and environment configuration.
• Assist BCP drills and IT security/audit reviews.
• Lead projects related to new system/server deployments.
• Support weekend rotation with compensation.
