Job summary

CLSA is seeking a senior TechOps professional to join the FundOps team in Hong Kong. You will oversee end-to-end software changes from inception to production rollout while rotating into production support to resolve incidents with minimal supervision.

You will monitor environments, manage service requests, incidents, problems and changes, and lead weekend releases, BCP testing, and capacity reporting. Strong SQL, Linux, and DevOps experience are essential, with English and Chinese proficiency a

Bachelor-level CS or equivalent required.
10+ years in support with multiple applications in finance.
Strong SQL and Linux scripting; proficient in at least one major language.
Experience with DevOps stacks and prod support processes.

Responsibilities

End to end delivery of software changes from inception to production rollout.
Rotate to perform production support tasks and resolve incidents.
Monitor production environment and manage incidents, requests, problems, and changes.
Handle weekend events like releases and BCP testing; report health status.
Document knowledgebase and processes; propose automation ideas.
Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency and equities workflow.
