South China Morning Post is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to handle end-to-end management of individual subscriptions. You will drive revenue by acquiring new subscribers, retaining and expanding current accounts, and delivering best-in-class customer service.

Based in our Causeway Bay office, you will manage the full customer lifecycle, use Salesforce/CRM tools, and collaborate with Product, Content and Marketing teams to drive long-term subscriber value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of success in digital sales, retail sales, or account management.
• Experience in subscription-based models, publishing/media, or business intelligence is preferred.
• Native-level fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Piano platform and Google Suite is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new subscriber acquisition and retain existing accounts to hit and exceed revenue targets.
• Cultivate strong relationships with individual subscribers to minimize churn and maximize LTV.
• Proactively follow up on inbound leads and engage churned subscribers to drive conversion and winbacks.
• Oversee onboarding and lifecycle engagement for subscribers.
• Log sales orders, subscriber data and pipeline activities accurately in Salesforce/CRM.
• Capture subscriber feedback and market insights to inform Product, Content and Marketing.
