Ele Bank Limited is seeking a customer service professional to guide users in the e-banking app at our Causeway Bay experience center. You will handle inquiries, feedback and complaints with professionalism, and help achieve management objectives.

The role requires supporting marketing campaigns and referrals, ensuring operations comply with policies, and organizing on-site events. Fluency in Cantonese and English/Mandarin is essential, with a full-time, on-site schedule in Hong Kong.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher required with banking/service centre experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, proactive and self-motivated.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluency in Cantonese; proficient in English and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and support customers to use the e-banking App in the experience center.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally to meet quality standards.
• Achieve objectives set by Management from time to time.
• Support marketing campaigns inquiries and business referrals.
• Ensure center operations comply with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Plan and execute on-site events and seminars to raise brand awareness.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
