Job summary

Hong Kong Adventist Hospital - Stubbs Road is seeking an experienced procurement professional to oversee corporate-level procurement and contract initiatives across the group’s hospitals and clinics. You will manage the central contract register, drive KPI dashboards, and ensure SLAs are met to minimize audit and compliance risks.

The role requires 5–8 years in procurement with contract management experience, strong negotiation, and ERP/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant procurement experience with emphasis on contract management.
• Healthcare sector or regulated industry experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP implementation or configuration is a strong plus.
• Experience with renovation or fit-out contracts is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate-level procurement and contract initiatives across two hospitals and affiliated clinics.
• Manage enterprise contract register with automated renewal calendars and KPI dashboards.
• Standardize vendor terms, pricing, and SLAs across sites and drive negotiations.
• Oversee warehouse procurement, inventory sourcing, and 3PL coordination for logistics.
• Act as ERP system key user; support UAT and system configuration activities.
• Supervise purchasing staff; collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance.
