Health & Happiness (H&H) Group is seeking a procurement professional to join the Procurement Tower in Hong Kong. You will manage procure-to-pay activities, issue purchase orders to contract manufacturers, and coordinate shipment plans while ensuring data accuracy in ERP systems.

The role emphasizes process discipline and collaboration with internal teams. With 2–3 years in procurement, FMCG experience preferred, you will support reporting, optimization projects, and ad hoc duties.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or related field
• 2–3 years work experience in procurement, FMCG industry preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with strong time management in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Responsabilidades

• Procure-to-Pay management including PO creation and inter-company POs
• Ensure timely communication of POs and follow-up of shipment plans
• Maintain data accuracy in ordering systems and supplier data
• Prepare monthly PO execution and ASN/payment reports
• Identify and drive process improvements in procure-to-pay workflows
• Support cross-functional projects and ad hoc duties as assigned
