Chong Hing Bank Limited is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Private Banking. You will acquire new customers, tailor wealth solutions, and deepen relationships while ensuring compliance and a strong KYC process.

The role emphasizes cross-border experience, high-net-worth client servicing, and seamless collaboration with marketing and product teams. Excellent English, Chinese and Mandarin skills are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, accounting, finance, or economics.
• PWMA qualification is preferred
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience serving high-net-worth customers
• Experience developing cross-border business or Mainland Chinese HNW clients is an advantage
• Excellent communication, English/Chinese/Mandarin; strong relationship management

Responsabilités

• Acquire new Private Banking customers and solicit opportunities via cross-selling, referrals, and personal connections.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions across banking, investment and wealth management products.
• Grow wealth of Private Banking clients by deepening relationships with differentiated services.
• Ensure all selling activities comply with bank guidelines.
• Conduct Due Diligence and KYC for customers.
• Execute investment product transactions for customers.
• Assist in Private Banking acquisition and marketing activities.
