Job summary

Selby Jennings is recruiting for a prestigious European private bank, seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support a team of Relationship Managers serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in Hong Kong. The role covers client servicing, account management, KYC/AML, trade support, investment execution, and regulatory compliance, with close liaison to trading desks and operations.

Mandarin and English fluency required; 3–6 years in private banking or wealth management a plus;

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, client servicing, sales support, or assistant relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service to HNW and UHNW clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, service requests, and account-related matters.
• Assist with account opening, account maintenance, KYC/AML reviews, and ongoing client due diligence requirements.
• Support the execution of client investment transactions across various asset classes, including equities, bonds, funds, FX, and structured products.
• Liaise with trading desks, operations teams, product specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of client orders.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
