Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 5+ years in private wealth RM or 8+ years for SRM handling HNW/UHNW clients and portfolios.
• CPWP/CFA/CFP/ECF-RWM certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products including investments, FX, structured products, discretionary portfolio management, lending.
• Proven ability to acquire, manage and grow HNW/UHNW relationships.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients with tailored wealth solutions.
• Drive AUM, revenue and profitability by identifying clients' needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities via personal networks, referrals and partnerships.
• Deepen client relationships through regular reviews and proactive engagement.
• Collaborate with Investment Consultants and product specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal units and external intermediaries to boost client experience.
• Ensure activities comply with policies, risk management standards and regulatory requirements.
