Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a strong understanding of recruitment practices. Responsibilities include optimizing onboarding procedures and monitoring vendor services for compliance. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is required, along with strong skills in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources or relevant experience.
• Experience in Application Tracking System is highly preferred.
• Possess good understanding of recruitment practices and procedures.
• Meticulous, mature, independent with strong sense of responsibility.
• Good computer literacy in MS Office: Word, Excel and PPT.
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
