Job summary

UMP Healthcare Group in Hong Kong is recruiting an Assistant Human Resources Manager to oversee HR and administrative operations. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

You will help revamp policies, ensure compliance with HK Employment Ordinance, maintain HRIS data, and support staff events. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and at least five years HR experience, with strong Excel skills and fluency in English, Cantonese

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in HR, preferably in a sizable organization.
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
• Experience leading a small team a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and understanding HK Employment Ordinance.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-spectrum HR and administrative daily operations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee the employee life cycle including probation, transfers and performance management.
• Revamp HR policies and procedures in compliance with HK Employment Ordinance.
• Support HRIS data maintenance and HR-related projects.
• Assist with company events and staff activities.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required.
