Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking a Senior Manager / Manager, Business Development (Mortgage Sales) in Hong Kong to drive mortgage opportunities and achieve individual targets. You will build and expand a robust business network while delivering tailored banking solutions to clients.

The role requires at least 3 years in mortgage sales, knowledge of mortgage and general banking products, and the ability to cross-sell.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales and service experience in mortgage products.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products and general banking products.
• Preferably possess licenses for relevant insurance registrations.
• Strong market sense and ability to generate new business opportunities.
• Uphold AML/CTF controls per regulations.

• Solicit mortgage business opportunities to achieve individual targets.

• Cross-sell other banking products to mortgage customers.

Requirements:

Secondary education or above.

Minimum of 3 years of sales & service experience in mortgage gained from retail banking.

Preferably possess qualifications for relevant insurance licenses registration.

Thorough knowledge of mortgage products and general banking products, services and related credit policies.
