Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking a results-driven Mortgage Sales professional in Hong Kong to solicit mortgage business opportunities and achieve individual targets.

You will expand and maintain a strong business network, cross-sell related banking products to mortgage clients, and assist the Team Head in maintaining sales discipline and achieving team targets while adhering to AML/CFT controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales & service experience in mortgage from retail banking.
• Preferably possess qualifications for relevant insurance licenses.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products and general banking products, services and related credit policies.
• Smart market sense with innovative ideas to solicit new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Solicit mortgage business opportunities to achieve individual targets.
• Expand & maintain good business network.
• Cross-sell other banking products to mortgage customers.
• Assist Team Head in motivating team members to achieve sales targets.
• Assist and support Team Head to enforce sales discipline according to house rules.
• Generate sales / management reports and keep abreast of current market information.
• Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
