Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager / Manager for Strategic Partnership to shape the bank’s ecosystem across personal, private and business banking. You will identify and lead new corporate relationships, align partnerships with strategy, and coordinate with CNCBI lines to maximize value while ensuring AML compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or equivalent.
• Over 5 years experience in retail banking / event management / functions planning etc.
• Knowledgeable about industry, market developments, digital capability and regulatory expectation; aware of the impacts on own function and the Bank’s competitiveness; contribute to the Bank’s development, e.g. market strategies, product development, service quality and seek new business opportunities.
• Understand how the Bank’s products / services for personal banking, private banking and business banking relate to its business strategies; aware of new, digital or emerging products / services among competitors; advise senior management on competitiveness and opportunities.
• Understanding basic concepts and tools of financial result measurement
• Knowledgeable in stakeholder management and partnership development

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CNCBI business line to strategize, design and implement partnerships that achieve our business objectives and complement our existing relationships.

• Build strategic opportunities with Citic group internal companies and external industry stakeholders by acquiring new relationships and growing existing ones.
• Deliver excellent banking services, integrating our capabilities into customers’ strategic business needs.
• Implement and comply with anti-money laundering policies and relevant procedures.

Senior Manager / Manager, Strategic Partnership

Support the development of strategy, framework and direction of Strategic Partnership team with a goal to build the bank’s ecosystem into customer’s life across personal banking, private banking and business banking, considering external regulatory environment, competitive context, digital development, customers expectation and strategy of the bank

Identify potential corporate and clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking with Citic Group, Corporate clients, etc

Use partnership to create better value for customers, partners and bank; prepare measures and report the results of collaborations and review from time to time with team manager to optimize the achievements.

Build strategic opportunities with CITIC group internal companies and external industry stakeholders by continuously acquiring new relationship and managing/growing existing relationships that would fit into the direction of Strategic Partnership team and the bank

Collaborate and coordinate with CNCBI business line to strategize, design and implement partnerships that achieve our business objectives and complement our existing business relationships and objectives.

Deliver excellent banking services, integrating our capabilities into customers strategic business need.

Implement and compliance of anti-money laundering policy and relevant procedures.

Develop / maintain a strong compliance culture regarding regulatory and compliance matters as well as anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing control activities.
