Job summary
InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is inviting applications for a contract-based network support role to maintain and upgrade the Hongkong Post network infrastructure. Qualifications
- Strong Cisco networking knowledge with hands-on router/switch experience.
- Experience with Juniper, Fortinet, and F5 is an advantage.
- Fluent in Chinese or English; willing to work at multiple HKP locations; overtime/on-call may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical and maintenance support for networking hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN gateway, etc).
- Assist application and support teams with network-related issues in procurement, implementation, and testing.
- Coordinate with contractors, users, and teams for proper network task implementation.
- Provide first-line technical support for network incidents.
