Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a contract Helpdesk Support staff to deliver IT helpdesk services for Hongkong Post. The role covers Windows-based PC support, remote configuration, and on-site hardware/software installation across multiple HKP offices.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows PC environments and desktop support.
Customer support experience in technical domains is an advantage.
Willing to work at multiple HKP locations and on weekends when required.
Overtime and irregular hours may be required; background check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Provide helpdesk support for IT systems and handle user queries/incidents.
Perform remote software configuration and workstation setup (Lotus Notes/Outlook, antivirus, office suites).
Conduct on-site hardware/software installation and system relocation tasks.
Assist in project rollout, including coordination, data migration, and on-site standby support.
Conduct daily health-checks and Data Centre monitoring; perform inventory audits.
