Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a contract-based IT Helpdesk specialist to support over 140 HK Post IT systems. You will deliver remote and on-site support, handling software configuration, quick issue resolution, and routine health checks.

The role requires at least 2 years in PC/LAN support, experience with Lotus Notes, CMS, and AVT, and willingness to work across HKP locations. The 3-month assignment runs Nov 2026 to Jan 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in PC with Windows environment.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Work at multiple HKP locations.
• Criminal record check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support for HKP IT systems and queries.
• Handle daily IT system support and incident handling.
• Remote software configuration and workstation setup (Lotus Notes/Outlook).
• On-site hardware/software installation and system relocation.
• Assist in project rollout and data migration activities.
• Daily health-checks and data centre monitoring.
• Conduct computer inventory and audits across HKP offices.
