Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a contract IT specialist to provide ongoing maintenance for Hongkong Post servers. The role covers diverse hardware and OS platforms, including Windows and Linux, with SCCM-based software delivery and patching. You will monitor health, manage backups, and support data centres onsite.

The assignment requires experience in data centres, strong communication in Chinese and English, and willingness to work irregular hours across HKP offices.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge and experience in daily operation and maintenance of data centres.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server is an advantage.
• Experience with ManageEngine Application Manager.
• Experience deploying Windows updates via SCCM 2016/2019.
• Good communication in Chinese and English.
• Willingness to work at HKP locations and irregular hours.
• Criminal record check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going system maintenance support to Hongkong Post servers.
• Perform Windows patching and software delivery through SCCM.
• Monitor server health and resources using Application Manager.
• Install server software and patch/update across Windows and Linux.
• Carry out backup tape management and testing.
• Provide first-line on-site/standby support for data centres.
