Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Chinese and English effectively.
• Experience with vendor coordination and government projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing system maintenance support for servers across hardware and OS platforms.
• Perform Windows patching and software delivery via SCCM.
• Monitor server health, resources, and services using monitoring tools.
• Coordinate installations and maintenance with multiple IT teams and vendors.
• Assist sourcing and procurement of IT equipment and prepare specifications.
• Offer on-site/standby support in data centres as required.
