Job summary

Ever Dragon Catering Holdings Limited 永龍飲食集團 in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead full spectrum HR functions and drive people strategies in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee recruitment, payroll, performance management, regulatory compliance under Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, and salary reviews, while supervising a small team and coordinating with management on talent development and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in HR, with 2+ years in supervision at a sizable org.
• Strong knowledge of HK Labour Ordinance and employment practices.
• Detail-minded, proactive, able to work independently.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR including recruitment, payroll and performance management; develop talent.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job ads, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding prep.
• Supervise C&B: payroll calculation, MPF admin and taxation.
• Lead annual HR cycle: salary reviews, budgeting and performance reviews.
• Drive system enhancements to streamline operations with internal teams and vendors.
• Collaborate with management to define strategies and identify talent needs.
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
• Support office admin duties and special projects as needed.

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll operations, performance management and talent development;
• Perform full cycle of recruitment process including job ad posting, candidates searching, conducting interview, prepare offer and pre-onboarding preparation;
• Supervise the team to perform C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF administration and taxation, etc.;
• Lead annual HR cycle including salary review, budgeting and performance review, etc.;
• Lead the systemenhancement project to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, collaborating with the otherdepartment and external vendors;
• Work closely with management to define strategies, identify talent needs so as to support organization development;
• Consolidate and prepare regular HR-related reports for management review;
• Provide support in other office administrative duties;
• Other ad hoc/special assignments or projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources field with at least 2 years at supervisory level from a sizable companies;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other employment related ordinances and practice;
• Detail-minded, responsible, proactive and able to work independently;
• Diplomacy, integrity, strong analytical, organizational and consultation skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written of English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in PC software, e.g. PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing;
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
