Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong's Sheung Wan is seeking an experienced HR/payroll administrator to join our team. You will manage payroll transactions, maintain HRIS records, and support retirement scheme administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.

The ideal candidate holds a recognized degree, English and Chinese proficiency, and preferably 2 years of relevant administrative experience. We offer a 3-year contract, a 5-day week, and benefits including medical, dental, and training

Qualifications

• Recognized degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in payroll administration and HRIS.
• Experience in staff retirement schemes and MPF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll administration and update HRIS records accurately and timely.
• Provide executive support for retirement schemes and MPF administration.
• Support the Staff Retirement Schemes Management Committee secretarial office.
• Oversee office administration including budgets and annual plans.
• Supervise clerical staff and interns to deliver HR results efficiently.
