Job summary

Geniebook Pte. Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end Singapore payroll, oversee HR processes, and lead office administration.

You will ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and smooth work pass management while keeping a well-organised workplace. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, HR reporting, and vendor management, with emphasis on PDPA compliance and MOM policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on HR operations and office administration experience in Singapore.
• Experience managing full-cycle Singapore payroll and statutory tax/claims submissions.
• End-to-end work pass processing with MOM policies and regulations.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and local taxes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of Singapore payroll including CPF deductions and tax filings.
• Process local expense claims and government-paid leave schemes.
• Oversee work passes lifecycle: applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals via MOM portal.
• Monitor pass expiry dates and ensure MOM compliance.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding with proper documentation and system access.
• Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS and prepare regulatory reports.
• Assist in enforcing HR policies and handling simple employee relations.
• Oversee office administration and facilities management.
• Manage vendor relationships and office supplies.
