Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and at least five years of payroll experience, proficient in MS Excel and HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, and capable of delivering precise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end payroll experience in a sizable organization.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Exceptional accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage regular payroll process, MPF, benefits, taxation, and related payroll activities.
• Maintain payroll and employee records, leave records and related information.
• Provide advice and assistance to employees on payroll matters per policies and contracts.
• Prepare management reports based on payroll system data.
• Assist HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.
