The candidate should have a university degree in HR/Business and 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll operations, with strong knowledge of HK employment laws, taxation, and MPF.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR/Business or related field
• 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably payroll operations
• Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, taxation, MPF and related HR regulations
• Practical understanding of work permit and visa application processes
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with analytical tools is a plus
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing: monthly calculations, statutory payments, final payments, leave administration and reporting
• Work on payroll administration to ensure compliance with best practices and timely delivery
• Organise employee wellness seminars and events
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Engage in HR projects and strategic initiatives as required
• Perform other duties as reasonably directed by the Authority
