Job summary

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a sizable organization. The role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors.

You will maintain payroll and employee records, advise on MPF, benefits and taxation, and support HRIS projects to streamline workflows. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in end-to-end payroll operations for sizable organization.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP SuccessFactors and MRC is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage regular pay process related to salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation and payroll activities.
• Maintain pay records, employee records, leave records and related information.
• Provide advice on salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation and related payroll activities in accordance with policies and contracts.
• Prepare management reports based on payroll system data.
• Assist HRIS projects including upgrades, implementations and process improvements to streamline workflows.
