Job summary

Pictureworks (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong Island seeks a Senior Human Resources and Administration Executive to manage payroll, attendance, and HR operations for a fast-growing catering group.

You will ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, and related regulations, produce HR reports, and maintain accurate HRIS records. Strong Excel skills and Cantonese/English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related.
• 1–2 years HR experience with focus on C&B.
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and MPF.
• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel for payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly payroll calculations including overtime and attendance.
• Manage contracts, final payments, and MPF administration.
• Prepare payroll and HR reports for management review.
• Maintain HRIS records and respond to staff inquiries.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and onboarding logistics.
• Support central HR team with documentation and compliance.
