Job summary

Samsung Electronics HK Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Generalist to support business growth by developing and implementing people strategies. You will partner with HR business partners to drive initiatives across the organization and manage essential HR processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR, 3–5 years of generalist experience, strong English and Mandarin, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Job description

Design, plan, and lead high-impact, company-wide staff events, recognition schemes, and cultural initiatives to cultivate collaborative culture

Handle HR administration including but not limited to payroll, performance management, salary review, AI transformation projects and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines

3-5 years of solid HR generalist experience

Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Familiar with the current AI tools with learning agility.

Strong sense of ownership, self-driven and able to work in fast paced working environment

Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin

Immediate available is highly preferred
