Job summary

Schindler Lifts (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support payroll and benefits under the C&B function. The role reports to the Human Resources Manager and involves payroll calculation, MPF/ORSO administration, taxation, benefits administration, and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities include payroll reconciliation with Finance, data accuracy, and coordinating annual exercises with the HRBP team. The position also supports audits with documentation and HR-related analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation, MPF Ordinance, other relevant rules and HR practices.
• Hands-on experience payroll operations with frequent payroll cycles and frontline payroll operations.

Human Resources Officer - Payroll/C&B Function

Prepare payroll and HR reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting

Processing HR-related reports and analysis

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline with at least 1 years of relevant HR experience, Accounting

Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation, MPF Ordinance, other relevant rules and regulations as well as HR practices

Hands-on experience payroll operations with frequent payroll cycles and frontline payroll operations

Strong attention to details and analytical skills

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Proficient in HRIS payroll systems and MS excel
