Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Human Resources Officer (HRBP) to join its HR team in Hong Kong. The role will partner with operations to deliver comprehensive HR services in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include handling employee relations, supporting engagement and internship projects, and implementing HR policies in line with HK laws. The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in HR, at least 3 years in large firms, and is fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sizable firms.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related laws.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Well versed in HK employment ordinances.
• Well organized, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Photoshop or video editing experience is preferred.
• Experience in L&D tasks will be an advantage.

It is a newly created headcount due to business expansion.

• Act as business partner to work closely with operation departments to provide all-round HR services
