Job summary

Samsung Electronics HK Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Generalist to support business growth by developing and implementing people strategies. You will partner with HR business partners to drive initiatives across the organization and manage essential HR processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR, 3–5 years of generalist experience, strong English and Mandarin, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
3–5 years of solid HR generalist experience.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) with strong communication skills.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist HR business partners to develop and implement people strategies to support business growth.
Conduct training need analysis and deliver training which fulfills local, regional and HQ requirements.
Design, plan, and lead high-impact staff events, recognition schemes, and cultural initiatives to cultivate collaborative culture.
Handle HR administration including payroll, performance management, salary review, AI transformation projects and ad hoc projects as assigned.
