Job summary

Hong Kong Green Building Council is expanding its secretariat and seeks a (Senior) Executive – Human Resources to handle recruitment, payroll, HRIS and staff lifecycle activities. The role requires coordinating internships, maintaining records, and supporting HR projects with strong confidentiality and communication skills.

The position is based in Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong, and requires fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in human resources management or related discipline.
• Three years of HR experience preferred; large organisation/public sector experience is a plus.
• Proficient in written/spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Strong confidentiality, organisation and multi-tasking能力.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities including internships and attachments.
• Manage full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer online job postings and HR software records; maintain personnel records.
• Prepare payroll, MPF, leave management and tax returns for staff.
• Contribute HR analyses, policies and procedures updates.
• Support talent engagement, training, staff activities and HR projects.
